(Snap-ah-dile)
The Snapadiles are reptile-kaiju type creatures, named after their quirky nature to snap-up their meals. They were the first to be discovered on the ever strange and still unexplored JuJu-Islands. The standard Snapadile which can be seen has been heavily modified, compared to their wild "Prehistoric" cousins, and domesticated to fit society mainly as caregivers, assistance, protection and companionship. Snapadiles can be found in most major cities tagging along closely to their owners, and going about their duties. Most of the species is well documented with ownership certificates to prevent any sort of mishaps with wild, dangerous, and unpredictable Snapadiles roaming about the streets. Legends say that the Snapadile was created by a complicated love affair between the Earth and Water gods. Thus their ability to both swim in water and walk on land with great ease. Standard
Rank: Common A Standard Snapadile typically is well rounded in their strength and dexterity. They have a certain charm, walking upright and use their hands for other tasks such as gathering. This is one of the most common type to be seen around the islands and surprisingly still popular with folks due to their sociability and helpful demeanor. |
Prehistoric
Rank: Rare The largest and bulkiest of the Snapadiles. There has been a speculation that all Snapadiles had originated from this category. They have been known to be the toughest, and the strongest, their bite force able to chew through solid steel without much effort. Typically because of their size they are loners and capable of surviving on their own, but sometimes form small groups. |
