(Acks-Head)
Thick skinned creatures with a bladed head capable of chopping down trees and smashing rocks. They are very durable and make excellent laborers for heavy work. It is well known legend throughout the lands that the Fire God had created them from molten rock and hammered them into shape with great definition within their sharp blade-like horns, and posture. A favored mount to those who reside in Higara due to their tough hide and loyalty. Average Height (at withers): Standard: 5 ft 10 inches - 6 ft 5 inches Charger: 5 ft - 5 ft 10 inches Mini: 2 ft - 3 ft Diet: Plants and Minerals. Largely known to be herbivores despite their fierce appearance. Location: Located in arid mountainous areas near deserts, and volcanoes. They sometimes can be found in caves and spacious fields. |
Standard:
Rank: Common Big, round and sturdy. A popular choice to be used as mounts, mining, farming, soldiers and long expeditions through rough terrain. Their hide is thick and able to withstand injury, high temperatures, and cuts. Standard is the typical name but they can also known as Tanks in other areas since they were used in war tactics several years ago for sieges and crossing over difficult terrain with ease. Standard Axeheads are fairly popular within the Higara, and Midga nation due to their bold nature, strength, and being acclimated to the land's weather. |
Charger:
Rank: Rare Charger is the oddest of the bunch in the Axehead like. The breed giving up their their study body armour, size, and strength in exchange for speed and dexterity. They could easily compete with the Draquine in races, due to their greyhound and cheetah like bodies. You're more likely to spot a Charger at the Race Tracks or in wide wild landscapes dashing away across the flatlands. It's also possible to see them rock climb for plants that are hard to reach. They are named Chargers due to their nature of quickly dashing to one place to the next. |
Mini/Roly-Poly:
Rank: Rare The Mini, Miniature, or Roly-Poly is a popular breed for most house holds, as they retain their looks when as pups. Their hide is still as strong as the average build, but since they have shorter limbs they have the capabilities of rolling up like a pill bug or armadillo for protection against predators. Many people are starting to enjoy the Mini breed due to their cute looking appearance, and surprisingly long patience with children in particular. The smallest recorded Mini is about the same size as a grown chihuahua. |
