(Hee-Kiss-Sue)
The 'mother' god. A frilled serpentine-like creature that creates fauna across the islands. Empathetic, tender and cherishes life greatly. Known to throw a temper tantrum and holds grudges. Also able to cause volcanoes to erupt when angered and plants to rot or have a distinct taste for flesh, but when pleased, crops are bountiful and everlasting. In her previous life she was known as Armandu, and had a more craggy/rocky appearance - that form is considered dead. Gives out blessings of luck, fertility and love. Fruit, rice, money and juice can be used as tribute. Items can be given to a shrine near the old ruins of the jungles. Associated with the sun and earth element. |
Alduruu; the Tide Keeper
(Al-Do-Roo) A twin-headed crocodile being. Creates the rising and lowering of water. Known to be a trickster and causes trouble ever so often by causing tidal waves or whirlpools. Rarely has sympathy for anything, but is inquisitive and will be entertained or swayed by some form of intelligence being displayed be it jokes or propositions. Gives blessings of protection and strength. Fish, alcohol, certain precious minerals and rocks are used to pay tribute. Items can be given via a shrine or the ocean. Closely associated to the moon and water element. |
(Oos-Dock-gee)
Reserved, silent, and honorable. He values hard-work, determination, honesty, and acts as a counter balance for the Gods as they hardly deal out punishment due to impulsiveness of emotions. His knowledge is great when compared to the others, a mentor and tactician for battle and his power is not to be undermined. Lava and fire spew from his jaw, consuming and burning all in its path, even the ocean itself. Gives blessings of craftsmanship and endurance. Swords, armor, sturdy minerals and slow burning incense or oil can be used for tribute as long as it is presented properly in a shrine near an active fire source such as a volcano. Represents the world, its core, and the fire element. |
D'Jhakol; the Tempest Lancer
(Dee-Jah-Kol) A long serpentine-like being with six limbs and steer horns. A teacher, researcher, observer and at times a dreamer. Roams the skies, keeping it threaded to the world. Their temperament is best described as mellow, stoic, and easily intrigued by the strange, but their strength is great when angered or challenged, summoning an unending spiral of gust that could potentially spirit away their opponent to space itself if they are somehow still in one full piece. Gives blessings of intelligence and agility. Tributes should consist of books, scrolls, feathers and melting wax placed in a shrine or on the highest peaks of mountains and cliffs. Chanting of manuscripts will evoke a better effect. Associated with the skies, clouds and wind element. |
(Zill-ho-toe-toll)
He guides spirits into his maw to start anew. A four eyed tusked dragon creature. The personification of Death and Life. His body dark as he consumes the last breath of every being across the land, and silently breathes life to newcomers. Tirelessly does his duty, and the deities often think that he might turn mortal from the amount of time he spends on the World. Does not care for politics in both the mortal and ethereal plains. Is not easily convinced by gifts, and his blessings rare. He guides spirits into his maw to start anew. Tribute of music, and prayers can be done in shrines or grave sites for safe passage, and even to return a loved one from the dead. Associated with mist and fog. |

(ˈāpeks)
An enigma of the concept God. Said to be the one that had created all and one. They roam from the farthest reach of the Rift and even time itself. It is uncertain if they are compromised of a singular body or several. The deities themselves have no details of this strange figure other than a brief flicker during their birth. |
The Banished, also known as the Voidsent, are those from an alternate plane that has invaded Illuhare with the assistance of Vesper.
In some legends the Voidsent were locked away by the Gods, while the zodiacs were tasked to keep them sealed. They have been known to carry the Shadow Bound disease and had infected those who come in contact with it. Not much is known about them other than they are an odd construct taking form of devilish and ghoulish figures; some capable of speech and torture, while others simply kill for the sake of it. They terrorize all of mortal kind. |
